We specialize in evaluating, negotiating with, and recommending insurers and providers to our clients. We also employ rigorous selection criteria and performance objectives when considering a vendor. Medical Plan Consulting
Here are the steps that Benefits, Inc. will take to make sure that your Medical Plan is done with integrity:
1. Have the Client become a direct group with the Insurance Company. That way all commissions/fees will be taken out of the plan. That will give the Client a lower monthly premium and the peace of mind knowing that Benefits, Inc. will not be paid by the Insurance Company.
2. Have the Client sign a Broker/Consulting Agreement with the Broker/Consultant that outlines what the Broker/Consultant will be doing for the Client and what it will cost.
3. Have the Client sign a form or letter making Benefits, Inc. the Broker/Consultant and send that letter to the Insurance Company. That will give Benefits, Inc. access to all of the Clients information.
4. Broker/Consultant will work with the Client's HR and Benefits people to understand the plan and get all of the information that is required to be the Broker/Consultant.
Employee Benefits Consulting
Benefits, Inc. believes in doing Consulting with integrity. This is guaranteed by:
Transparency - Making sure the Client knows and understands what to expect from the Consultant, including what it will cost them.
Being unbiased - The Client needs to know that the Consultant works for them. If the Consultant has a contract with the Insurance Company and is receiving commissions/fees from that Insurance Company, it's hard to tell if that Consultant is working for the Insurance Company or for the Client. We take our Clients direct with the Insurance Company, taking the guessing out of the equation and making it apparent we work for our Clients.
Honesty - The Client needs to know that the Consultant will be completely open with them. We don't have any hidden agendas, we are here to help you the Client make the best decision that's right for you.
